What you get with membership-based care

Lighthouse Medical is a membership model that puts the doctor–patient relationship first. Instead of rushed visits and insurance-driven limits, you get unhurried care and direct access to a physician who knows you well.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Direct Doctor Access

Dr. Harding will respond to your messages directly, unlike traditional primary care where patients are often blocked from communicating directly with their primary care physician. She also offers flexible hours to accommodate your busy schedule.

Routine Appointments

Annual exams and preventive planning without frustrating time constraints.

Unlimited Office Visits

Office appointments, as needed, for new concerns, ongoing care, and follow-up questions without per-visit charges or scheduling delays.

Telemedicine Appointments

Virtual visits when appropriate, so care stays convenient and efficient.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Emergency or Hospital Care

For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Dr. Harding is not responsible for care when patients are in the hospital or the emergency room. 

Specialist Fees

Dr. Harding can help you coordinate care and referrals, but specialists bill separately (often through insurance).

Labs & Pathology 

These orders are completed through outside labs and billed separately, usually through your insurance. You can also choose to self pay. These costs are not included in the membership.

Medications

Medications are sent to commercial pharmacies, and patients will need to pay per their insurance policy. If there is an in-office infusion, Dr. Harding will bill insurance or patients can self pay.
